Davin0311 I had my left wrist done 5 years ago, such a pain in the ass recovery. Grip will never be what is was, but at least the pain is gone 🤷‍♂️ best of luck and speedy recovery!

GingerPower24 What did the doctor say to do in the meantime? I use red light therapy band on my injuries. There are so many benefits and make sure to take your vitamins. I love vitamin c. Magnesium, creatine, collagen, nac, niacin, and many others. They all have unique health benefits. Also I do sound baths and use my weighted tuning forks on any injured area.

FastEddie1979 I had both hands done at the same time a few years back. Recovery was much quicker than I expected, but man it worked. I have no issues with carpal tunnel anymore. I do occasionally get weird cramps in my fingers from time to time, but once I started targeting grip strength I’ve seen a major positive difference.
