Steps :
1.) To begin this exercise; start off standing up straight holding a barbell, with palms up towards the ceiling, behind your back.
2.) Keep the barbell positioned behind your hips and then slowly lift your arms up so that they are behind your head.
3.) Return back to the starting position.
4.) Repeat this exercise for as many repetitions as needed.
