Where do I go to update my goals on the new look Jeff. I can find where to update my body stats. Is it somewhere on the same page? Feeling very dull not being able to find them LOL. If anyone can help that would be appreciated.

If you mean exercise goals, that's now directly on the page for the individual exercises. So you click the icon with 3 vertical bars at the top, and that takes you to a page where you can see the current goal at the top. You can click on that number to edit it.
