Same here. Jefit reps can't fix it either. Been happening since Saturday and I have deleted and reposted multiple times. I have asked the rep to escalate the issue but they don't seem to be too concerned.

Mine don’t show in my feed either if I post through the “Progress Photo” option in my profile. I either have to attach them to my workout posts, or create a separate post. But then I don’t always get the points for posting a profile pic. It would be nice if the site functioned consistently, especially when the points are tied to the competitions.
