carlosfromspain Its just for a limited time, so I say just enjoy it! as lomg a afterwards you can get back to your regular diet again. Enjoy your travels 🤜🤛

salmong I try to stick with my diet no matter what. If that's not possible, I will bring some of my food with me while travelling.

Carlton40 I’m usually the same but meals pre paid and menu set. Usually good but often have no way of knowing food value of what I’m eating 😂

Arthur.Sunny There are always more options than my need to find excuses not to stick to my diet. Protein is all that matters. Anything else is manageable, too.

apcfan009 if its all the time, I aim to eat less overall or avoid specific unhealthy things. if its once a quarter, I enjoy the time and dont sweat it lol

Alcastive Agreed with Carlos, enjoy your vacation and try to eat much proteins food, pork, lamb, sea food etc.. Avoid bad carbs like noodles

LiftingLynx I would just enjoy my Vacation and focus on getting enough protein. It's funny because I usually lose weight when eating off plan. 😅

If you need to stay on point then just stick to your guns and stay on point. It's ok to say no thanks if the food doesn't line up with your diet. I've been there, done that before. Depends on your goals and if it will detail you or not.
