Any advice on improving shoulder mobility and minimizing pain? I have such a hard time getting under the bar and I hate it! I’ve tried so many things but nothing has seemed to work.

Dead hangs can be helpful for some. If you haven't been doing these, I would suggest easing into them. Don't try to free hang at first. Instead start with an overhead bar you can reach, an then bend your knees to allow yourself to drop. If it hurts, stop. The goal is to feel a nice stretch.

Predominantly pain is a symptom of injury so I would advise seeing a therapist first, they will be able to recommend the course of action.

I have "frozen shoulder" (a perimenopause symptom). Which is basically pain for no reason lol. I have found that bodyweight or very low weight movements that encourage range of motion without aggravating my shoulder have really helped. It has been a long time, but I have finally started to see some muscle growth and the pain has eased. I do arm circles, push-ups, bench dips, flys (very, very low weight or none at all for these), and cable exercises that target the shoulders.

Try Floor Angels you might have to Google it. Inner/outer cable movements,. They are listed in Jefit as an exercise. Ball Combo 1 and 2 exercises might help. Google those as well.
