Hey can anyone please guide if EAA helps or just hydration with water is fine during workouts.?

GreggA.Pizzi I always have BCAAs, glutamine & creatine in my workout water bottle ... It makes a HUGE difference in my energy, strength and stamina.

carlosfromspain Any amino acids in an Intraworkout has shown zero benefit, water is all you need, you can add some electrolytes if you want especially if you are going to sweat, and if its a long workout then using an isotonic concentration with also carbs may help sustain energy till the end and help recovery from not taxing glycogen stores as much.
