Since someone asked about bcaa’s, does anyone have a supplement that they find useful? Is so, what positive effects?

salmong Creatine is definitely the only supplement that works for most people, but not everyone. The protein powders are additional food if you don't consume enough protein in your diet. That's all that's worth taking! Everything else is a waste of money, and it has the potential to create more health problems than benefit your gains.

p.bxtrm I am sure lots of people find useful effects that isn't there. But you can skip the paying step and get the effects that isn't there for free.

GingerPower24 I do high dosing or vitamin c, and now niacin too! I love the way it makes me feel and credit my injuries healing quicker to the two. I’ve also been doing boron for bone repair

GingerPower24 Niacin has helped me with allergies and I love the flush it helps detox the body too. I personally feel the effects of vitamins when I take them. But everyone is different
