Appreciation post for the leg pump ? today we did BW+ sumo deadlifts followed by almostBW hipthrust ? and 10/10 for this new Jefit insights output! cool stuffs! ?? as someone who connects with visual graphics better, seeing charts and graphs definitely motivates me just ad much as seeing my own before and after progress photos ? ? ?
