Already planning what I’m going to eat after this. done with legs and shoulders, today's focus was more on glutes and rear delts though. Tried a new rear delt fly variation. You keep your arms straight. Still done bent over and you keep your shoulders forward (opposite of what you'd do when you bench or row) then you fly out as if you're trying to touch the walls. feeling it in the rear delts and tris ? some cheeky flex ?
