I make sure to keep to my nutrition program and eat good all the time. I don't fear sweets or fats, but take them in moderation. On top of my current high protein diet, these are the 3 supp I take. Good enough for me. And I treat them as supps, never as food replacements.
whey protein for an extra protein boost and occasional pre/post workout meal
creatine that goes with my whey
and pre workout on heavy and challenging workout days, like trying to get those 100s on the bench (only take these 2x a week)
