What does that mean to me? ??

That's approx 1,016 workouts & a whole lot of sweat, calluses, dead earphones, being sore as, lack of motivation, a few injuries, feeling too tired, getting bored of the routine, tired of the same gym, not wanting to find the time....???
??
Which in turn evolved into a crap ton of gym selfies, a heightened focus, better concentration, confidence that I've never had, discipline that I've never seen & TONS of bodily health improvements like a healthy heart & stronger bones. ? And now I look fwd to it every chance I get! ???

How? Because I turned it into a habit & so it has become easier over the years. There's no thinking, no wondering if I could fit it in, feeling like I'm too tired.... It's just another non-negotiable in this beautiful thing called life. ? just like #brushingthemteeth ??

Anywho, there's 32 more days til Spring & you know where you can find me! On that #GainzTrain haha! ???
