new training block starts this week, lower body focus! 3 lower, 2 upper for 5 weeks. I'm not supposed to do 5 days a week but well... I don't always follow the rules... haha I'm supposed to decide between 3 up 1 low, or 2 and 2. I have some major lower body goals, but I don't want to put upper into maintenance right now so. I'm doing it all. Cheers to warm days ahead! Went for a leisurely bike ride and dug in the garden today! It was a good day!
