Body stats goals… looking for some advice for them if I want to be 130 pounds and I’m 151.8 pounds… kinda wish they had one of those daily workouts adjusted to your body stat goals, idk… thoughts, what would y’all do and where would you put yours at?

timdufour weight goals are hit in the kitchen - set a calorie budget roughly 500 under your avg daily base rate, keep hitting the gym and you'll see it trend down

Gomers My friend, everyone is different. One thing to go by would be these measurements first. What is your:
Wrist size, Ankle size, Hip measurement, head size. This gives you an idea of your frame size. Also how long have you already trained for? Big frame, big muscles. small frame, smaller size. However, there are always exceptions to the rule on very very rare individuals. examples would be Victor Richard's, Sergo Olivia. Very special people. Victor had a wrist size of 8 inches. Yet, his Biceps were 22 to 24 inches around. Sergio had the smallest waist size in history of 26 inches. Yet. his chest was 57 to 58 inches. He crushed Arnold Schwarzenegger.
